WOOO, tomorrow is FRI-YAY!
JK I love all the days
Honestly, Mondays are probably my favorite because it feels like such a fresh start each week! But I've also recently started to take intentional rest time on weekends to unplug and it has been flipping awesome!
BUT before we jump into the weekend feels and plans…
have you crossed things off from your checklist?
have you done a recap of your week?
what are you proud of, that moved you forward and towards your goal?
what is your celebration?
We need to celebrate even our SMALLEST accomplishments to close the mental loop in our brain to know we achieved something, otherwise we can get trapped in the loop of never feeling like we did enough. We can train ourselves to feel like we’re always working and trying to grow but we’re not there yet... and get stuck in the loop, of never “good enough.”
So we MUST celebrate these small wins...
What's the VISION you have for your true, desired life? And your business?
Write. It. Down.
A vision is a picture of what and where you want your life to be.
BUT vision & ideas without action are just mere thoughts.
Having a vision and being able to step into that visionary leadership role, that's how we will be able to keep championing ourselves.
Knowledge is power BUT action on the knowledge is where the power truly comes from.
If knowledge gives us the concept of the steps that we need to take, then we need to have the courage to walk towards our vision and our goals.
SO when you feel stuck,
FOCUS on the VISION
When you feel that it's hard,
FOCUS on the VISION
and this will pull you and your energy back into achieving your goal.

My sister and I joined Krav Maga in high school and started this Israeli self-defense, really because she worked at the movie theater next door and we wanted something to do between watching movies.
It might sound familiar because Krav Maga is the training that Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot, did during her time in the military. Action movies have been a huge part of our lives growing up and we absolutely loved them! So we completely enjoyed the training and kept going for years, also, we were the only girls in the class. I think all girls should take this training!
This training experience sparked that love for being able to EXPRESS the fun and experience of watching an action movie in real life and getting to actually DO those moves. It made us feel strong, safe, empowered and like we can handle things that came at us and it really helped BUILD my level of inner belief, knowing and fortitude which are all CRITICAL...
FEAR.
Such a big and scary word that we usually have a negative connotation with it, but fear is really just a survival mechanism our bodies have to keep us alive. It’s a natural emotion that will always be there, especially when we are about to do something outside of our comfort zone.
We can use this fear to our benefit, not just to keep us alive but to help us expand, as something that can guide us in our decisions, by showing us the potential dangers that we can come across.
When we see it as a friend and even a guide, we can plan, prepare AND recognize it as alerting us that we may be growing, changing, expanding, and then choose to move towards it, move through the fear.
Because what really matters most, is HOW we react and deal with it.
Fear can be a great passenger seat buddy and let it alert us to potential threats and harms. BUT if we let it tell ourselves “No, I can’t do...
Do you have times when you wake up feeling like you just don’t want to get out of bed?
Like you're stuck, unmotivated, overwhelmed, or resistant?
We all have those moments. But those feelings can either mean that you are tired, need rest, more breathing room in your schedule, delegating and outsourcing. That means it's time to build some support into your life and business!
Listening to your true intuition and designing your schedule in a way that serves the vision you are creating for your life OR you’re feeling the fears and letting them eat you up and make the decisions for you.
If you’ve made a commitment, honor it. Show up, it’s always worth it! Unless there is an actual extenuating circumstance, then evaluate the situation and make the aligned decision on how to move forward with the thing that is stressing you out.
9 times out of 10 when you feel resistant, DOING the actual work will be the exact and only thing...
I got to film a regional commercial last year and it was super fun! I love getting to do that! It's not my big goal destination of producing my movies or being able to star in films on a bigger level which is part of my vision BUT it's one of the STEPPING stones on the way…at least in my journey and I’m truly grateful for that.
I remember when I was still in a correctional facility and being in a place that was so uncomfortable and because of a turning point in my career, I realized that this is not how I want to live for the rest of my life. I was willing to take the scary step to start pursuing that dream. It didn't matter how ridiculous or foolish it seemed anymore. It is simply something that I knew I wanted to do, SO I made the choice and took the leap to start pursuing professional acting and those micro-decisions that I have made in the past, all add up and have led me to this EXCITING path that I am now on and I am so happy you’re here along this...
VIDEO MARKETING TIP: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! ⇒ But with INTENTION.
You want to be sure you are practicing and ingraining the right things, the best helpful habits to keep you improving and enjoying it more and more in the quickest amount of time possible.
Doing something new, like getting in front of a camera can feel scary and uncomfortable, but when you decide to really show up, learn the ropes and keep on practicing, you get BETTER at doing it until making a video already feels natural and comfortable. Before you know it, you’ll actually ENJOY doing video and it makes a huge difference if you actually feel good about doing something...it makes you want to do it more.
LEARN PRACTICE IMPLEMENT = PROGRESS and RESULTS
As the new year rolls in, let us believe that good things are about to come and that we are ready for it, we deserve it and we are worthy of it.

Ever since the pandemic started, we've been spending most of our time at home. I was already working from home, but now, pretty much everyone is... AND it's now transformed into the shared office, a school, a restaurant and even a gym...relate much? So I'm curious, what is your absolute favorite place in your home right now? Me, I love hanging out on our patio and being able to feel the breeze and soak in that natural light. So when I decided to do some redeco, I really put a lot of time, effort, energy and ok a bit of as well, especially because it has become my favorite home office area.
I spend the majority of my time getting things done while sitting outside every chance I get. And now, this boho chic bungalow is finally done and I couldn’t be more happy with how it looks and the vibe that it gives.
Scroll down to see the before (mess), disastrous transition, and cute after photos!
We currently live in a rather tiny space, so I optimized as much...
Can you believe it’s 2021 already??? The last year just went by so fast. At the beginning of 2020 we probably wrote out some personal and business goals, and then fires, covid, civil unrest, elections, travel bans, separations and more happened and we were all throw off of track. But I’m curious, how many of these goals were you able to check off your list? Regardless of what is happening around us, we still hold great personal power.
This year...
Is being healthy part of your new year’s resolution?
Was it your goal to be more confident in yourself?
Did you say that you were going to let go and learn from the past?
Were you planning to start doing what you love or start putting up your own business?
Do you have business goals that you haven’t hit yet?
Do you have projects that you’ve been putting off?
Do you have anything that’s left for the remaining of Q4?
If you haven’t achieved these goals,...
Last Oct. 2020, hubs and I were supposed to be in the UK for our BIG European trip .. We had planned to spend 3 weeks travelling through Wales, Scotland, Ireland and England enjoying the culture, scenery, food and everything else that the UK has to offer. Unfortunately, COVID-19 happened . And missed travel is just one of the many challenges it created.
Yes, it can be really frustrating when things don’t go according to our plan, especially if we don’t know what is going to unfold or what the next “anything” is going to look like. BUT, I believe that these restrictions and struggles are TEMPORARY, regardless of not knowing when it will pass, everything in life really is temporary.
So instead of focusing on things that I cannot change right now, I'm learning to EMBRACE the different things that I can, so I started planning smaller trips or getaways that are still safe and socially distant like glamping, I think we’re finally...
